📝 AI for grants & grant writingTurn the good work you already do into a strong first draft.
Grant applications ask the same questions in different shapes, and filling them in can eat whole weekends. AI can help you find the right words, echo the funder's own language in each section and trim to tight word limits. You supply the real facts, numbers and deadlines, always taken from the funder's official notice.

AI drafts words; it doesn’t know real funding amounts, deadlines or eligibility. Take every date, amount and rule from the official notice (for US federal grants, Grants.gov), and never let AI invent statistics or results.

5 copy-paste prompts
1. Read the notice
Here is the grant notice: [PASTE]. Summarize it in plain words: who can apply, what they fund, every required section, word limits and attachments. Quote the deadline exactly as written and remind me to confirm it on the funder's website.
2. Need statement
Draft a need statement for [ORG]'s [PROGRAM] using ONLY these facts and sources: [PASTE]. Wherever a number is missing, write [ADD DATA + SOURCE]. 250 words.
3. Program description
Write a program description: who we serve, what we do, how often, staff/volunteers, and how we measure success. Notes: [PASTE]. Use this funder's wording: [KEY PHRASES].
4. Fit check
Compare our organization [PASTE MISSION + PROGRAMS] with this funder's priorities [PASTE]. Rate the fit (strong/medium/weak), explain why, and list the gaps we'd need to address honestly.
5. Trim to limit
Cut this section to [N] words without losing any facts or numbers. Show me what you removed: [PASTE]
